Our business is led by Tshepo Matseba APR*, a seasoned Marketing and communication Director. He is the former President of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA). Tshepo was the Head of Marketing and Communication at Old Mutual Insure and earlier on at Liberty. Prior to this, he was the Head of Marketing & Communication at Discovery.
Tshepo holds a number of roles, notably, Business Journalist at Afropolitan Magazine, Senior
Business Writer at BizNisAfrica.com, and Financial & Business Contributor for kayafm.co.za. He is the former Corporate Reputation Strategist at M&C Saatchi Abel, an integrated
communication agency founded by Mike Abel, one of South Africa’s leading entrepreneurs in advertising and communication. He was the Business Editor of The Afropolitan magazine, Editor in Chief of The Official NEPAD Yearbook 2018, and Divisional Director: Marketing and Communication at Liberty Corporate.
Tshepo has over 17 years expertise across marketing communications, he served in a range of industries including higher education, financial services, telecommunications, and information communication technology (ICT) in Africa and the Middle East for a number of brands including Huawei, Momentum, MTN and UNISA’s Graduate School of Business Leadership.
He holds the APR (Accredited in Public Relations) status, which is internationally recognised in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia through by the Global Alliance of Public Relations and Communication Management Associations (GA). He is also accredited as MCIPR (Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations), UK.
Tshepo is the chairman of the judging panel for the Brand Summit Africa and Awards, and Non-Executive Director at the Institute of People Management (IPM).

Olwethu is an entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in marketing, services marketing, brand management, stakeholder relations and customer care. Her academic background is in Marketing and Communication. In 2011 she started her own corporate branding and promotions company, Modern See Experiential Marketing, initially with no client base or capital, and is responsible for successfully steering it to secure work with the likes of Lion of Africa, Tsogo Sun, Momentum, Saica, Old Mutual and Edward Snell, to name a few.
With a deep passion and commitment towards building an empowered South Africa and Africa at large, Olwethu has a creative flair, with attention to detail and an acumen for business. She continually adds value to companies’ marketing approaches and assists clients to create that desired magic for their brands.
Solly Moeng is a tested General Manager with specialisation in holistic Brand Management and Strategic Marketing & Communications. His tertiary and professional careers have taken him to Canada, USA, and France (where he also completed
his French MA Degree) over the last fourteen years. In destination marketing, he was South African Tourism's Marketing Manager in Canada before being appointed to head the organisations operations in the USA where, as Country Manager, based in New York, he was tasked with managing the changes in the way South Africa had been positioned in the US market and in rolling out the country's new growth strategy. He has also occupied Marketing & Communications Manager position for CapeNature and the South African Biodiversity Institute. He is he former President of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa and Convenor of the Brand Summit Africa.
Bontle leads our content development team across different platforms. An accomplished digital marketer and reputation management specialist, Bontle is the Founder and Editor of BizNisAfrica.com. She has over 16 years experience in public relations having served at ITWeb, Starfish Mobile Technologies, ITNewsAfrica, AVATAR Agency, eNitiate, Global Interface Consulting and was also the Digital Account Manager at Havas South Africa. She is passionate about management consulting.
